Custom orders could require up to 14 business days to process. Order fulfillment is generally via the most cost-effective, standard service such as USPS. Once the product is shipped, below are standard delivery times to expect:

Shipping fees are not refundable in the case of a product return.

In the case of a return of a non-customized product not due to damage or other qualifying issues within the 30-day return window, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
From time to time, shipping discount promotions may be offered on the site. If a return is required due to damage or another qualifying issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
JEWELRY

All jewelry orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

On occasion during peak periods delays can often happen. This is due to warehouse restrictions. Also, shipping delays can often happen during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lilianaandliam.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Liliana and Liam has a 30-day return policy for non-custom products, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. We request that you contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can view our full return policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lilianaandliam.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
