When will I receive my items?

Time to receive your package = Production time + Shipping time

All Liliana and Liam products are made-to-order. Depending on your item, this means your item will usually ship within 3-5 business days however it may take up to 10 business days. Once your item ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.

International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.

Please note, we work with different partners for certain items so they may ship and arrive separately even though they are ordered at the same time.  

My tracking number is not updating, what should I do?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the courier's tracking system. From time to time, packages are not scanned. In some cases, packages arrive at their destination never having their tracking information updated. Please contact support@lilianaandliam.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. 

I made a mistake with my personalized order. Can I change it?

We do ask you to take particular care when entering your details however we understand sometimes mistakes happen. If you have made an error please email us ASAP at support@lilianaandliam.com. We allow 24 hours after you place your order to change your personalization details. After this time we will do our best but cannot guarantee it as your item might be in production. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for mistakes in orders where details are entered incorrectly.

What quality can I expect from my jewelry?

Our jewelry has with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. All our jewelry products are made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. 316L stainless steel is low reaction, with minimum nickel content.

Some products have a Gold finish option. 18K gold products are plated with real 18K yellow gold. We use a high quality electroplating process that means it doesn't rub or flake away easily.

For peace of mind, customers sensitive to nickel can pick a product that's finished with 14K or 18K Gold, as these don't react.

For graphical/photo products, a shatterproof liquid glass-like material is applied, creating a clear dome.

How should I care for my jewelry?

It's fine to get our jewelry wet. Wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterwards.

If the item becomes dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth.

Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment. When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item.

While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked.

What is a "Luxury" jewelry box?

Our luxury box looks like mahogany and is lit by an LED light. It really catches the facets on the CZ of any piece and makes it look all that much more stunning. 

How is your jewelry shipped?

  • First, our products are placed into either a two-tone box, or wooden luxury box depending on your purchase.
  • Next, the items are placed into bubble mailers if you are using standard shipping, or into FedEx envelopes if your order is being expedited.
  • We do not include any additional items in your package. There will not be an invoice so you can send your jewelry directly to its recipient if you are separated by distance.

Can I hang my metal wall art outside?

Great question! All pieces are powder coated and can be hung both indoor and outdoors! 

You'll experience years (or decades!) of glorious metal art regardless of the piece you choose.

How is the metal art shipped?

Most orders (to the continental US) are shipped through either FedEx or USPS Priority mail depending on availability. They are carefully placed into a customized, industrial-strength cardboard box to protect your product's detail.

How should I care for my acrylic?

Clean it regularly and with the right materials.

It's recommended you clean your plaque at least once a month. Dust and dirt can accumulate on the surface of the plaque which can dull the surface.

To clean the acrylic use only only a damp soft microfiber cloth and avoid using sponges to prevent scratches.

For more stubborn stains you can use a gentle soap. Afterwards wipe dry with a clean dry microfiber cloth to prevent water spots.

You must avoid using harsh chemicals such as Isopropyl alcohol, as these can react with the surface and cause irreparable damage.

For heavy staining or other accidents, you can consider using an approved acrylic cleaning solution.

How should I store my acrylic when I am not using it?

When not in use, store your acrylic plaque in a cool, dry place. Avoid stacking them on top of each other or placing heavy objects on them, as this can cause the plaque to bend or warp. By storing your acrylic plaque properly, you can help prolong its lifespan and keep it looking its best. You can also consider using a protective cover or wrapping it in acid-free tissue paper to prevent scratches and dust buildup.
