• A claim for lost or stolen metal art must be filed with Liliana and Liam within 72 hours of delivery

• Please email a clear image of the defective product to our customer support team at info@lilianaandliam.com and we will gladly replace the item.

** Shipping Details: Our signs are made to order. Please allow a full 10 business days after the day you order to allow for us to produce your sign.  Shipping is free but can not be expedited.
