    Are there any special instructions for an acrylic?

    Our acrylics come with a transparent protective film to protect the acrylic during shipping.
    Once you have received your L&L Acrylic, you remove the protective film or film before using it and displaying it in your home. 

    To remove the protective film, follow these simple steps:

    1. Look for an edge of the film in one of the corners of the acrylic.
    2. Hold the edge of the film carefully and begin to slowly lift it up.
    3. Pull the film gently, making sure not to damage the acrylic surface.
    4. Continue removing the film until it is completely detached from the acrylic.

    Once you have removed the protective film, your L&L Acrylic will be ready to be used and displayed. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

    Will my acrylic come with an LED light?

    It depends on the acrylic product you select. Our "Acrylic Square with LED Base" comes with an LED light that uses a USB plug.

    You will receive the one you have chosen at the time of purchase.

    Do L&L acrylic's come with any type of guarantee?

    Yes! If your acrylic breaks or presents any problem, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

    Liliana and Liam is exclusively online and we deliver to your home.

    We partner with factories located in St Petersburg, Tampa, Fl United States (for orders from the US) and in Amsterdam, Netherlands (for orders from Europe) to get your order to you in a timely manner.
